Dispute Resolution

Initiate an
Arbitration

Start here if you need to begin the arbitration process. Binding, affordable, and time-limited — just like it should be.

Important: All fees must be paid through Lawtomation. Do not pay your arbitrator using an alternative method. If you have an arbitrator in mind for your dispute, have them contact us at lawtomation@gmail.com.

How to File

1

Submit your required materials

Your complaint must include: the material facts of the dispute, the alleged breach (including your contract and the provision you believe was breached), and the remedy you are seeking.

The arbitration initiation fee is $300. This fee is in addition to any costs associated with your arbitrator. Payment can be made through our payment portal.

3

Wait for the other party to respond

The defending party has 14 days to respond. If they fail to answer in time, they may lose by default — though they have 7 more days to show good cause for the delay.

Arbitration proceeds

A Lawtomation-approved arbitrator will review materials, potentially request additional documents, and issue a final binding decision within 30 days of the conclusion of proceedings.
